This vital service reduces barriers to getting a library card. You can also register to vote using the ecard application as an added incentive.
What you need to get a library card
Library cards are FREE to Georgia residents! Please present your valid Georgia driver’s license or other photo ID with your current address at the circulation desk. If your picture ID does not have your current address, please bring two of the following:

Valid voter registration card

Valid matricula consular

Checks with pre-printed address

A utility bill

Tax receipt
Visiting from out-of-state and interested in checking out library materials? This charge includes access to our Overdrive Ebooks collection.

A six-month privilege is $25.00

A twelve-month benefit is $50.00.
There is no fee to replace a lost library card.
